Maple Bear Prague Elementary School is a bilingual school where children learn fluent Czech and English. But it’s not just about languages ​​- it’s about your child feeling good, enjoying discovering new things, and gaining the foundations they can build on for the rest of their lives.

What do we offer?

We believe that education should be fun and meaningful. Children spend their time in an environment where Czech and English are intertwined throughout the day.  All subjects, except Czech and English, are taught in both languages.  This way, children naturally absorb both languages ​​without feeling like they are “sitting in school.”

Each class has two qualified teachers for more than half of the time. This ensures that each child receives the attention they need. Our teachers take an individual approach, encourage curiosity, and help children feel confident, safe, and connected.

Preschool and first or second grade

All children can join the preschool class – it doesn’t matter what kind of kindergarten they attend. Thanks to this class, they can smoothly transition into a bilingual environment and be better prepared for first grade. However, if your child has not attended the preschool class at Maple Bear, it doesn’t matter at all.  They can join us in first and second grades without any previous experience.
