While Vantage makes every possible effort to promote sound Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance, we are cognisant that grievances may arise from time to time. Vantage’s external grievance mechanism procedure highlights the process for receiving, addressing, and responding to external stakeholders’ grievances relating to ESG, Vantage’s ESG Management System or its Portfolio Companies.

Individuals wishing to register a grievance are encouraged to send an email to Vantage’s ESG Officer at sarah@vantagecapital.co.za detailing the grievance and providing as much information as possible, including their full name and contact details, a description of the grievance and any harm, risk or impact suffered or likely to be suffered as a result. If the grievance is being raised against one of Vantage’s Portfolio Companies, then information on the Portfolio Company must be provided.
Any individual who raises a grievance is subject to Vantage’s supporting policies and procedures, including its Confidential Information Policy, and is free from any form of retribution, retaliation, discrimination, or unfair treatment.
