African Development Bank to Commit US$25 Million to Vantage Capital Fund II

The African Development Bank has approved a US$25 million commitment to South Africa-based private equity fund manager Vantage Capital’s multi-sector Vantage Capital Fund II (VCF II). VCF II is targeting total commitments of US$250 million and will provide mezzanine financing to companies across Africa.
